How do I book a session?
You can book a session right here on our website. Click on the ‘book a session’ tab at the top of the page.
Is there parking?
Yes! There is 2 hours free parking in the car park next to the studio.
Do you offer open gym?
We are a Specialised Private Personal Training Studio. But we do offer our exclusive open gym. Book a hour slot to come train in our private space with your own area and equipment to use.
No more paying for a gym membership that you are not going to use, not knowing if you are doing the exercises right and getting overwhelmed with the business of a commercial gym.
This is also a perfect add on for our personal training clients. Train more in a private space you know well and feel confident in.

Is it a CrossFit Gym?
Nope! We have a functional training space designed to help our coaches teach you how to move safely and with good technique. Using Kettlebells, Dumbbells, Barbells, Medicine balls and lots more.
Do I need to be fit to do Personal Training or Classes?
The short answer is NO!
We welcome every person into our classes and personal training sessions from absolute beginners to advanced athletes. We have experienced coaches who can offer tailored on all exercises should you need it, we allow you to work at your own pace and our community is warm and friendly and will support you whatever level you are at.

What is the Late cancelation policy?
For all Personal Training sessions we require a 24 hours notice for any cancelation or rescheduling. If you fail to do so you will lose that session. We understand that life sometimes gets in the way and will be at the discretion of the coach. To cancel a session do so directly with your coach.
For Classes you need to cancel 3 hours before the start of the class. You can do this via the Wodify app. Cancelling with less then 3 hours notice or failing to turn up you will lose that class credit.

Do you offer corporate group sessions or classes?
Yes! We can offer corporate memberships for groups that join from the same office or work place. For any corporate or general enquiries, contact us via [email protected]
Do you have toilet and shower facilities?
Yes! We have toilets and private shower and changing room. Idea for getting showered and changed after your session before work or going out.
Can I try a class before signing up?
Yes! we offer a FREE taster classes. Click on 'Book a session' at the top of a page for the link to get your free taster class.
