Where is the gym located?
We are located in Hythe Marina, Southampton.

When does this challenge start?
Once you've completed your payment and attended your intro session you can start straight away!
​​
Session days and timings?
We run sessions Monday - Friday starting at 6am through to 7.30pm. Saturdays start at 8am-12pm. You can come to whichever sessions suit you each week, just book on via our booking platform.​

How much is the 6 week challenge?
The challenge is £297 (was £347), this includes - 18 small group personal training sessions, a dedicated personal coach, a goal-specific training programme, nutrition support, supportive community, weekly check ins, fitness education and guaranteed results.

Am I tied into a contract?
No - the payment for the challenge is a one off. No joining fees, no subscriptions and no additional costs.

When are the intro sessions and do I have to have one?
Yes. Every new member has to attend an intro session so that we can complete a body scan, assign you to your coach, assess your movement and fitness level and show you how everything works. The intro sessions can be scheduled dependent on your availability.

Do I have to be fit already?
Nope, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 6 weeks.

What happens after the 6 week challenge?
It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully fledged member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide our gym isn’t for you we can part ways with no hard feelings.
