Although you might find the knock-on effects of improving your gut health may lead to weight loss and improvement in performance. I want you to think of this as a challenge to change your relationship with foods, the effects it has on your body and digestive system. So, it’s not what’s the best diet (as everyone is different) and looks more at how we help our bodies to receive food, process that food, assimilate that food, and get the most value from it.
