ENGINE
Engine is our cardio-based class that blends cardio stamina, endurance, and strength endurance into one energising, feel-good workout.
Each session mixes up shorter intervals and longer AMRAPs (as many rounds as possible), using a fun variety of kit including sleds, ski ergs, sandbags, kettlebells, slam balls, and all the toys. No two workouts are the same, and every movement can be scaled to match your fitness level.
You’ll train alongside a supportive community of like-minded people, all working hard and lifting each other up. With expert coaching to guide you, challenge you, and keep you moving, you'll never feel lost or left behind.
Plus, with live heart rate tracking, you’ll get real-time feedback to help you train smarter, stay in the right zones, and see your progress build over time.
