With key exercises from Hyrox events like ski erg, wall balls, burpees, farmers' carries, and sled pushes, this class delivers a powerful, energising session that will leave you feeling accomplished and recharged.

 

Plus, with live heart rate tracking, we'll ensure you're working in the optimal heart rate zones to maximise your performance and results.

Don’t worry if you’re just starting out—you don’t need to be fit to get fit. We'll guide you step by step, helping you build strength and endurance at your own pace, all while working up a sweat!
